Title Sponsorship - $2,500 Logo on all printed materials. To include (but not limited to): Any advertisements, registration forms, score cards, score board, cart signs (along with Cart Sponsor ONLY), exclusive signage on first tee. Logo on every page of website with link to sponsors page. Title Sponsor will be only sponsor to receive mention as title sponsor of event. 4 tickets to play in event and lunch Opportunity to include item in gift bag
Eagle - $1,000 Signage on every cart (along with Title Sponsor) 2 Tickets to play and lunch. Opportunity to include item in golfer gift bag.	Birdie - $500 Exclusive Hole Sponsor (Signs placed at green & tee) 1 ticket to play and lunch. Opportunity to include item in golfer gift bag.
Exclusive Tee/Gree Sponsor - $150 Company or Individual name placed prominently at a green or tee. (This is to be exclusive. No other company name or logo will appear other than the Title Sponsor)	Tee/Green Sponsor - $100 Company or Individual name placed prominently at a green or tee. (Please note there may be more than one sign at each tee or green)
Individual Tee/Gree Sponsor - $50 In memory of a loved one or in celebration of a cancer survivor (Please note there may be more than one sign at each tee or green)
Memory Sign - $25 The name of the person whose memory you would like to honor will be placed on a sign and displayed on the course	Celebration Sign -$25  Celebrate the cancer survivor(s) in your life! Their name will be placed on a sign and displayed on the course.
In-Kind Donations In-Kind Donations are always welcome and can be used for golf prizes, door prizes, and raffle.
